Corsages are common gifts to give to that special girl on a special occasion. They are often used at school dances or elegant occasions as a decoration and gift. They are a small arrangement flowers that is attached to a band that is slipped on a woman’s wrist. Often the man has a matching boutonniere pinned on his shirt. Together they symbolize that the individuals wearing the matching flower arrangements are together. These small arrangements are often themed to match what the woman is wearing and where they will be going.

Her taste style must me kept in mind while choosing a corsage, and so should her outfit. The flower type and color should be reflective of her and what she is wearing. It should match her personality and style. Because only 2-5 flowers are usually used in this type of arrangement they must say a lot for themselves.
Other important thing to keep in mind while choosing a corsage is its size. It will be placed on the wrist so therefore it can not be too large, however you do equally not want it to be to small. Choosing the appropriate sized flower is very important because that will determine how many flowers to be used. Arrangements with large flowers need only 2-3 flowers, while smaller flowers require 4-6. They also contain smaller flowers or garnishes that accentuate the main flower.
